Warm spaces for our residents this winter
South Norfolk Leisure Centres are offering residents the chance to stay warm this winter. If you’re struggling with the cost of living and are finding keeping warm a challenge, the leisure centres could help. Visit the centres during opening hours, mention to reception staff that you are attending the Warm Space and you will be offered a seat somewhere toasty and a free cuppa.
Stay for as long as you like (within opening hours), bring a book or something to do and warm up. If you’re struggling with the means to pay your utility bills or have other concerns, speak to the leisure staff about contacting the Help Hub who can offer support.

We have made some improvements to our booking system
Based off of your feedback from our recent member survey, we have introduced some new features to our booking system, which were highly requested by our members. Read on to find out more.
Quick Book Classes
You can now book multiple classes at once, meaning you no longer need to login multiple times. We understand this process was a little time consuming before, therefore this change will speed up the booking process.
In order to book multiple classes, simply login in and head to the classes tab. You will then be able to select a centre and see a timetable of all the classes available. There will be a ‘Quick Book’ button underneath each class. Just click this for each of the classes you wish to book.
Waiting Lists
We have introduced waiting lists for our classes. If a class is full you will see an option to join the waiting list when booking a class. In the ‘My Bookings’ page you will then be able to see your position within the waiting list. If a place becomes available you will be notified by a text message/email with a link to accept or decline the space. Please ensure you do accept the space if you would like to join the class – if we do not receive a response you will be removed from the list.
Another small change to make our members aware of is ‘Leisure Bookings’ in the navigation menu on the left hand side has now changed to ‘Sports & Spa’.
If you have any questions regarding these changes, please contact us.
