South Norfolk Council has launched a brand-new programme of activity days to help keep children and young people active and entertained throughout the school summer holidays.

South Norfolk Fun Zones are taking place at community and activity venues across South Norfolk, rather than at our leisure centres. There are six themed days to choose from, with activities suitable for children and young people aged between 5 and 16.

From climbing and zorbing to clay modelling, circus skills and skiing, each Fun Zone offers an opportunity to enjoy a new experience, meet others and have fun during the holidays.

Summer Time Fun Zone

The programme begins with a day of summer fun, including rounders, banner making and group games.

George of the Jungle Sports Zone

Children can put their skills to the test on Morley Village Hall’s climbing wall, with all equipment provided. The day will also feature badminton, parachute games and Banana Splat.

Clay Creations Fun Zone

A hands-on creative day where children can design, make and paint their own clay creations to take home.

Circus Skills with FoolHardy Circus

FoolHardy Circus will lead a special day of circus activities, including plate spinning, juggling, dancing and more.

Skiing Session

Young people can enjoy a thrill-seeking day of skiing and tubing on Norfolk’s own ski slopes.

Zorbing Zone

Get ready for a high-energy day packed with giant inflatable zorbs, exciting challenges and plenty of laughs. Children can test their balance, teamwork and coordination in a fun and active environment.

Back to School Fun Zone
