The team at Diss is here to welcome you to come enjoy use of our Leisure Centre, spend time in the newly refurbished gym and use the brand new gym equipment. Come and delight in our Main Pool, the perfect size for any activity, bring your little ones to swim in our Learner Pool, or just come along to relax and unwind in our sauna or steam room.

With on-site parking, we’re ideally located for your visit, if you’re driving, biking or walking. Diss Leisure Centre has something for everyone, whether you’re a gym fanatic, a beginner, a competitive swimmer or your looking to enjoy some family time in the pool.

GYM OPENING HOURS

Monday to Friday: 6:30am to 10:00pm
Saturdays and Sundays: 8:30am to 4:30pm

Bank holidays: 10:00am to 6:00pm

CHRISTMAS OPENING TIMES:

Christmas Eve: 8:30am – 2:00pm
Christmas Day/Boxing Day: Closed
27th – 30th December: Normal opening hours
New Years Eve: 8:30am – 2:00pm
New Years Day: Closed

Diss Leisure Centre Revamp

Exciting news! Diss Leisure Centre has received nearly £4 million for modernisation and refurbishment work. This will secure the future of the leisure centre for years to come, as well as helping us become more energy and cost efficient. The centre will therefore be closing temporarily from 12 February 2024.
