Our EGYM suite has officially opened at Long Stratton Leisure Centre! This state-of-the-art fitness equipment offers a truly personalized workout, with the machines automatically adapting to you based on your body metrics and fitness goals.

South Norfolk Leisure is currently the only operator of EGYM in Norfolk, and we can’t wait for more of our members to give it a try. EGYM can be used by anyone with a full membership, and we will soon be introducing junior sessions so those aged 13 to 16 can also make the most of this excellent equipment.

What is EGYM?

EGYM is gym equipment powered by smart technology. Using the Fitness Hub, you can input simple health data and your fitness goals and EGYM will then do all the hard working in preparing a personalised workout for you. Just log in to each piece of equipment using your wristband and the machine will automatically adjust to you, setting the correct weight and adjusting its position to fit your body.

EGYM is designed to be completed as a circuit. At Long Stratton there are 9 stations, with two circuits taking around 30 minutes, making EGYM perfect for those who are short on time. You can track your progress on the Fitness Hub in the gym or via the EGYM app allowing you to stay on track to achieve your goals.
