Swimming Activities
Join us at Diss Leisure Centre or Wymondham Leisure Centre where we offer a range of pool based activities for both adults and children.
Whether you are a keen swimmer or perhaps just looking for a way to keep active, our Diss Leisure Centre and Wymondham Leisure Centre both feature learner and main pools, ideal for all age groups and abilities. From lane swimming to family fun sessions, we have plenty of activities on offer.

For main pool general swimming at either of our centres, there is no need to book, just turn up!
Leaner pool and Fun and Float sessions are pre bookable only at Wymondham Leisure Centre

- Lockers – available at all sites. Padlock required at Wymondham – bring your own padlock or hire one from reception for £1 and a £5 refundable deposit

- 1 adult to 2 children under 8
- All under 8s must be accompanied by an adult (16+)
- last admission 30 minutes prior to end of session

SWIM SCHOOL
Swim School sessions are available at Diss Leisure Centre and Wymondham Leisure Centre.
Our super friendly and qualified instructors will help you or your children gain confidence in the water, in a safe and secure environment.
Swim School is available for children over the age of 3 months. We also run adult classes as we believe it’s never too late to learn to swim.
All sessions form part of the Learn to Swim framework, and our teachers are all certified with Swim England.
