Wednesday 18 September is home to National Fitness Day, and to celebrate we are giving non-members the chance to give fitness a try for free!

Free Gym and Swim

At Wymondham Leisure Centre and Long Stratton Leisure Centre, you can enjoy a free session in the gym. Why not come down and make the most of our modern facilities and lift some weights, or perhaps go for a quick run on the treadmill?

On the day, you can also enjoy a free swim during any of our lane swim times at Wymondham Leisure Centre. The pool timetable can be found here.

How do I take advantage of this offer?

To take advantage of this offer, simply visit your chosen centre on Wednesday 18 September and let reception know you are there for a National Fitness Day free pass. Our friendly team will then take some details and get you set up. If you wish to use the pool, please ensure you only attend during one of the lane swimming times listed on the timetable.

This offer is open to everyone so come and make the most of it on National Fitness Day!

National Fitness Day Gym Challenge

For existing members, you can get involved in National Fitness Day by taking on our gym challenge! On the day, Wymondham Leisure Centre and Long Stratton Leisure Centre will go head-to-head to see which centre can row the furthest.

To get involved, speak to a member of the Fitness Team on the day. There will be prizes up for grabs for the individuals who row the furthest, and bragging rights for the winning centre!
